The Asiago plateau is also famous thanks to the Golf Club, located just outside the town of Asiago, and is considered one of the most beautiful mountain courses in Europe.
The course was designed by Peter Harradine, known for his great experience in high altitude golf courses.
The great advantage is that, despite being in the mountains, it is played on a plateau, along a gentle and panoramic path, without particular differences in height, guaranteeing players to be able to play their ball with their feet always flat.
Built in 1960 with 9 holes designed by J. Harris, the course has been completely renovated with 18 holes and is undergoing further expansion.
The particular environmental characteristics facilitated the success of the project and the entire work was carried out in compliance with the precious ecosystem that gravitates around the golf club.
