The Asiago Plateau is also famous for its Golf Club, located just outside the town of Asiago, and is considered one of the most beautiful mountain courses in Europe. The course was designed by Peter Harradine, known for his great experience in high-altitude golf courses.
The Asiago Plateau hosts the largest telescopes of the National Institute for Astrophysics (INAF), on national soil, managed by the Padua office which has had its observation headquarters at Cima Ekar for decades.
